When you send an enquiry through this website, I collect:

• A description of the job you would like help with
• The service type you selected
• Your phone number, WhatsApp number or email address, depending on your preferred contact method
• Your preferred contact method
• Basic technical analytics information such as pages visited and approximate location, provided by Lovable Analytics

The website does not accept image, video, document or audio uploads.

Why I process your information

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, discuss the work, provide a quotation and, if you go ahead, administer the job you have asked me to carry out. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent when you submit the form, and the legitimate interest of responding to your enquiry. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 12 months. Records related to work I have carried out (for example, quotations, invoices and receipts) may be retained for longer where required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your information is handled by me and by a small number of service providers who help operate this website and send emails on my behalf:
